Full Product Description

This is a single 1.5kg weight plate originally supplied as part of the Opti 50kg Vinyl Dumbbell and Barbell Set. The original Opti strength-training system uses round, vinyl-covered weight discs, removable spinlock collars and interchangeable dumbbell/barbell bars to alter resistance for exercises such as curls, presses, rows, squats and lunges. This offer is ONLY for one of the 1.5kg plates, so no bars, collars or other weights are supplied. The original supplier confirms that the 50kg set contains six 1.5kg discs alongside other weights and bars; those additional pieces are not supplied with this plate. The original plates fit standard 1-inch (25mm) bar fittings, but compatibility with equipment outside the specified Opti system should be checked before purchase. The plates are vinyl covered and have a sealed, pre-filled construction. Buyers seeking a complete adjustable set must purchase the missing weights, bars and collars separately; they are not included with this individual plate.
