We pride ourselves in remanufacturing quality ink cartridges, but if within 30 days of purchasing a problem occurs, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or a full refund. If the product is faulty it can be returned to us for free by simply requesting a returns (RMA) through the account section of our website. Once we’ve received it we can then email you a freepost address.
If you decided that the product isn’t quite right for you, is in good condition and unopened. You can send it back for a full replacement for up to one year after being purchased. The information provided on the ink cartridges are highly accurate, if however our website contains facts providing you to order the wrong product, we’ll replace or refund you, even if the packaging has been opened. If for another reason you have opened the packaging and ordered the wrong items, contact us and we may still be able to help.
